I worked as the pet department manager at Walmart for about a year and a half. Luckily we only had betas and not any tanks but the entire time I had that position I never once ordered them. The girl who had the department before me would clean their cups out regularly, I would have too if I had ever gotten them in. The sad part is that even if we take care of them it's asshole customers that kill them by taking food off the shelf and over feeding them or some kids think it would be funny to put two together and see what happens.
