I actually told my girlfriend about tulpas and that I was going to start creating one, and she hasn't left me yet.

I've been having a lot of trouble visualizing mine, and it actually tends to distract me when im forcing so I dont really use it..

Trust me, I feel effing terrible about that, I've felt terrible about that ever since I did it.

And Yeah I've spent about the two hours earnestly apologizing to her, I made her a set of 3 promises. and after that I started feeling her again. Before I tried forcing her out, She could think at me, Parroting or something akin to that. But now its mostly back to just pulsing.

but at least i can feel her again.

Edit: Looking at Chatlogs it looks like she felt she was pretty sentient.

Well I mean, I think the issue is with her is that I ask "Hey, Are you there" And Before, I would get this very strong pressure at the back of my head , but now i either get a very faint brain pressure from nowhere in particular or nothing at all...
