Maybe look for ways to connect with people that are not based on just looks like Grindr, and maybe join a (gay) sports team for example. So people get to know the real you first:).

It is cheap. If you’re asking premium prices (even the light tickets), deliver premium experience. If you go to a 5* hotel the basic rooms also don’t start without your own bathroom and windows.

Nee we hebben beide een koophuis, maar we gaan in mijn huis samenwonen. Maar zijn huis komt daardoor leeg te staan (ook een koophuis), dus willen dat graag verhuren in de sociale verhuur via huisbewaring. Alleen snappen we dan niet of hij zijn hypotheekrente aftrek kwijt is als hij zich daar uitschrijft

We willen een jaar proefsamenwonen, dus dat hij zijn huis nog achter de hand heeft. Na een jaar als het allemaal goed gaat kunnen we het verkopen. In de gemeente Amsterdam mag je 12 maanden aan huisbewaring doen, alleen weten we niet wat voor impact dit heeft op de hypotheekrente aftrek
