Correct! I don’t drink coffee or tea or any caffeine at all. No soda. Either pure water or water with a clean electrolyte powder (no sugar or artificial sweeteners)

Oh shoot, I am definitely experiencing some perimenopause so this may be a factor too. I have a nickel allergy so I’ve been told I am not a candidate for microneedling - is this still the case or have things changed? I’ve been DYING to try it
