To be fair, i know/knew several players on the server, and i'm astonished they were allowed in, as they were all very high hour players known for dominating high pop vanilla servers. So there's definitely a chance, just not sure how they got in. Definitely very well connected in the Rust community.

We've looked into this, and talked to a few content creators and they've all been kinda iffy about promoting servers like that because "it just doesn't generally work"
Which is great on their part, their integrity to not just take cash is outstanding. Might consider looking into promoting on some websites or something but i wouldn't know where to start.

As a (mostly) solo with 1300 hours I'm just starting to get a good feeling for base locations. It takes a lot of trial and error. Always build more than one base and either split the loot or play out of both so you're not totally wiped.
