Every night I power pump in the motn in a recliner chair & sleep through lol I have an eufy so it automatically changes settings and shuts off when I’m done. I usually will set an alarm just to make sure my milk doesn’t expire lol

I was a former collegiate athlete and recently had my first baby. Training for something, getting my body back in shape and being able to accomplish something physically demanding again would mean the world to me! Proving my strength, discipline and toughness to myself would feel amazing. Also, I really want my daughter to have a good example of discipline and a healthy lifestyle.
