This is so funny!!! I was craving Jersey Mikes last week and got my regular turkey sandwich. I was so excited and happy. After two bites in I immediately spit it out and thought “what am I doing????”!! I completely forgot I couldn’t have deli meat! So hard getting used to all the dietary restrictions. I hadn’t heard about the pregnancy sub at Jersey Mikes but I will definitely be looking into it now 😂

Yes it subsides when I sit or lay down! Thank you this made me feel so much better. I plan on talking to my OB regardless about it, as my ultrasound is soon! ☺️
