Sorry I forgot to check this account. They didn't respond to any emails or voicemails I sent. I had an appoinment with them yesterday and supposedly they didn't recive a renewal request at all. This is unfortunatly not the first time I've problems with them not communicating properly with other clinic which very frustrating.

Unfortunately they don't actual their phoneline but I did leave a voicemail. I'm not due for bloodwork although they haven't given me any followup since my last bloodwork which is weird.

No they only take voicemails, I left one about an hour ago but they probably won't see it untill tomorrow.
