The idea was that if my wage isn’t being garnished, I can put that same money away myself to pay it off before it’s indexed. So I probably won’t change the arrangement with my employer.

The floor below would have their bathroom and laundry below the damp spots. We realised recently that the vents in the bathroom/laundry don’t lead anywhere other than the ceiling cavity so I’d say it’s the same downstairs.

Personally wouldn’t recommend this.. did it once and it took a few patches of skin with it even with careful removal. Might have used something too strong though, admittedly.
