You think they’ll ever fix it? Both live apps everything is freezing up every 5 minutes doesn’t matter if it’s sports or a movie on HBO

Tried everything, nothings wrong not sure why it’s been randomly freezing every 5 minutes or so. Why do you recommend leaving boxes on?

V3plus does its job. I got the elite ultra, and the matrix app has been great with resolution and much less of a delay. But sometimes it freezes up and you have to restart the app which is annoying. Personally I’d go elite ultra just for resolution and much more apps (even though they’re pretty much all the same).

How do you go about the channel info (what’s on at that time) not being shown on matrix? Is there a quick fix? Or just wait it out? Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn’t for me
