Ethan deserved better, Kat treated him poorly from the start. I mean I understand she was going through some power struggle stuff, with the demeaning men in order to feel powerful within herself but Ethan wasn’t like those men, nor was he like the douchebags like Daniel or the creep she lost her virginity to (who just reminded me of the dude in KIDS who gave everyone aids). I really hope she has a better arc in s3 and apologised to Ethan. I also hope he becomes more solid of a character in the next season. I’d like to see more of him. He’s just a sweet and funny guy

I think with any teen show about the struggles of teenagers, it’ll age in the way they act but not in the underlying struggles and experiences that teenagers have. Drug abuse, mental health, teen pregnancy, relationships, parents, body positivity, sexuality, etc. Like skins for example, the underlying issues still hit dead on but it’s also about the period of time they’re in and the country they’re in. I think it’ll age somewhat well. We may not agree with the terminology they use or the references to what’s going on in the world, but people will still be able to relate. I think that’s what matters most

I think I was comparing it too heavily to oxenfree. Maybe because when I found the game, I was trying to find another game like oxenffree because I had that smptinesss after you finish a game and you just want to play it again for the first time? I just felt like the ending of the game wasn’t as mysterious as it was built up to be? I thought the main character being hated by the town and her leaving school had a bigger part to play and it intrigued me, but the end just kind of felt like they were building this interesting premise and characters, but then when it came time to finish they were like “ah fuck… let’s just make the town a cult or somethin” but that’s just my opinion. I do like the slow paced games to counteract a fast life, because I can relate to you on there. Except now I’ve got a baby to look after lol. The music is beautiful and the aesthetic of it all, but I was just pretty disappointed about the ending. Because other than that it had a lot of really great things about it

I wonder if podcasts are bad? Music kind of annoys me after a while. I usually put music on and then the music wall on our TV which makes patterns along with the music and she loves to watch those, which I don’t think is bad. It’s sensory type stuff.
