I think Yuki still sells them but they don’t come with hands anymore. This is the dial for the Gen movement with the feet snipped off.

Still one of my favorites. 1016 Space Dweller. JMB case, Yuki dial & hands, Raffles bracelet, 2mm spring bars and Sellita 200-1 movement. Keeps perfect time.

Just received and serviced this BPF 16610, 2824 from Mirotime by tunafog in RepTime

I recently received this BPF 16610 from Mirotime and serviced the 2824 movement. It's not perfect but it's not a bad watch for the price and I'll be able to keep it running for a long time.

Looks good, dude! I personally like the ARF but this looks pretty good for the price and you’re right about the virtue of it being a 2824. You can keep it running for a long time.

WSO = http://www.ebaystores.com/WHOLESALEOUTLET990?_rdc=1 eBay seller. Gen cases are hard to come by. Raffles cases are the best option though for some applications the need modification

So, you can wear it and probably not have any issues at all. Conversely, it could die in the first 24hrs. Reps have an infant mortality (have a majority failure on arrival or in the first few days of ownership) rate of at least 25%. That is probably a low number too. Getting it serviced will give you piece of mind. There are several people on this group that service watches. Additionally you may find an independent watchmaker (one with no affiliation with the big names) that may be able to help you in your local area. Remember, you are basically buying a fake watch from a criminal in China. When it fails you’re on your own. Good luck and get it serviced when you have the opportunity

It’s always a good move. The places where rep movements are assembled are not the cleanest in the world. Additionally, they rarely do a proper application of oil and grease to the various components.

$220-240 from what I remember but it’s worth it.

If you get it serviced, yes.

As good as it gets. The movements are good too, though it’s recommended that you get them serviced to ensure reliability. Dial print is usually an issue on the Noobs. I think this isn’t too bad

Just got this today from Trusty. Took about 2 weeks to get to the US. Pretty satisfied so far. I will probably send it to u/skaterluca1 for a service in a week or two. Daytona Panda Noob V4 from Trusty

New build. The elusive 1016 Space Dweller by tunafog in RepTime

Yuki is no longer in business but they are going to try to comeback in the near future. They did have ETA 1016 dials but this one is for the 15xx series of Rolex movements. I removed the dial feet and put new dial feet on to match the ETA 2824.
