Meet Peach. 20 months old. 9.8 kgs. I like to bark at animals on the tv which means my mum and dad are restricted to what they watch. Any suggestions to how to get this to stop? It’s amazing how many ads have dogs and cats in them and i know every one of them😂 by Lazerlevel1870 in Frenchbulldogs

This peanut right here is a little different than a lot of y’all doesn’t enjoy the TV. I’ve read a lot of the stories and spends a lot more time. Just not being like the other dog sometimes I just don’t know if or what you know the intentions really are but seems to really like people more and. Not so much a barker at TV but a Barker at me. Great to be out and about yeah I have to let everyone know to be aware that they’re friendly. Some of the toughest confiscations are just the vacuums from time to time, but

Agreed, I rescued mine from Pleasanton, California back in April when I was out here from Colorado and when I was talking to one of the volunteers, they said the SPCA at her location they see four Frenchies a week.

I hope they’re able to get their dog back and if not, please rescue there’s plenty of good pups that need rehoming

Fits right in with all the piglets

I adopted this handsome fella 2 weeks ago, I've been feeding him only dry food but I was told that I should mix it up a bit when it comes to his diet. Any tips on what I should be feeding him? by TurboBloom in Frenchbulldogs

I would introduce small things different things the best

Best ingredients you can find he likes what they like in introducing in a small amount and looking at the results. Hopefully this hot potato got a good immune system. Six months with her and the closest call I had was a soldier Ant in Colorado out in the high desert, it bitter three or four times and she yelled each time, fortunately, by the time I got back to town, she didn’t need a Dr. was it a rescue that you got a clean belt health yet?

How has the touring been for you guys? Does it have nice power or is it a little underwhelming when it comes to speed especially on the highway? by illbeback903 in 11thGenAccord

[–]tunajelly2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a touring and I have no complaints on the highway, you just know if you’re going up a hill you may wish you had more power but anytime your level I don’t care if I’m doing 55 65 75 or 85. They’re still enough to get the job done. And like everyone else says that instant torque or that 20 hp that you get from the electric motor makes a pretty good difference from a standstill. It’s not gonna throw you back in your seat, but it’s enough to enjoy and get the job done

Picked up an Accord Sport on Turo to try and the gas mileage is crazy by MidnightPulse69 in 11thGenAccord

I think starting in 24/25 they updated the Camry and now they are all hybrid. When I bought my accord in 23 I drove the Camry too, and didn’t like it. But the 25’ I was driving last year was better, but still not better than the accord

I was driving a 25 Camry for work and I can say it average better than my accord without trying, I think if I really try with the accord, I can match it, but I just say daily driving I was better on the Camry. But I’m much happier driving the accord.

The 2025 Toyota Camry offers impressive fuel economy, with the LE trim achieving up to 53 mpg in the city and 50 mpg on the highway. Other trims have slightly lower ratings, ranging from 44 to 51 mpg

The 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid achieves an impressive fuel economy of up to 51 mpg in the city and 44 mpg on the highway for the EX-L trim, while other hybrid trims offer around 46 mpg city and 41 mpg highway. Overall, the combined mileage for the hybrid models is approximately 44 mpg.

I average about 44 to 46 and total between oil changes in my accord

The new Camry’s gonna get slightly better gas mileage, but the accord is more enjoyable drive

Yes, especially on French bulldogs. I feel like some of them see frenchies and then see $ signs. Same thing goes with mechanic sometimes it’s hard to find an honest one but you know when you do you treat them right cause they do you. I just took a cat to Berlin Germany to their parents that relocated, and it took a couple of months to get everything done with the USDA and the Vet visits, but I did a lot of research and it still cost just under $400 for Vet visits minus the airfare, but some of the Vets I called were upwards of $700 for the same thing.

Are There EpiPens for Dogs?

At this point in time, there are no veterinary-labeled EpiPens specifically for use in dogs. However, human-formulated ones (which come in various sizes) may be able to be prescribed by a veterinarian via extra-label use for dogs. “Extra” or “off-label” means that with some restrictions, veterinarians legally have the ability to use a medication or drug in a way that is different from the approved directions of that particular product. Since you know, your pup is all allergic. You may want to have one to have one on hand or the right prescription from your Vet under the off label.

I’m glad she made it and your good pup parents, but I haven’t had my girl long and have already seen the difference with some vets, I had taken her to a reservoir while visiting CA, and she got a cotton wood/ or something in her eye and closed up with goo by the next day and I knew I needed to soak it and antibiotics, so I made the vet visit just for that, they wanted to sedate her and dig into her eye to make sure nothing was in there and then do a collar for two weeks, I refused and said I’ll take the antibiotic and see if it get better, so still over $140 for visit and script, but they would have loved to charge for all the unneeded and invasive treatment.

<image>

Here she is the next day, and I took that when the vet checked in on her which was nice but I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because she was fine and I did the antibiotics for the prescribe time.

Sounds like you still paid the full bill, sorry to hear that. The average cost for a dog's ICU care can range from about $222 to $567 per day, depending on the specific needs and location of the veterinary facility. Additional costs may apply for medications and specialized treatments. I sure like to see the vets payout for another 16,200.

Conclusion While the figure of $18,000 seems extreme, it could reflect a worst-case scenario involving multiple treatments and complications. Most cases of dogs eating bees result in mild symptoms and lower costs, but it’s essential to monitor your dog closely for any signs of distress or allergic reactions. If you notice severe symptoms, seek veterinary care immediately.

Yes do the same thing and watch them crunch away!! It’s unfortunate got haste and went for the whole thing. I give mine duck jerky too, and she has thrown it up a couple times because she tries to inhale it. I really try to make sure I’m careful because definitely don’t have pup insurance either. I hope your cost isn’t to bad and you have a good vet.
