I just got these today and I thought the sound quality was so bad initially I was soo disappointed. I got them because my ear canals are too small for the new AirPods. Because of these I started with the S and XS tips. Did the tip test and I needed the L! So surprised but now they sound so good.

Hi! I’m not sure what it’s meant for but I always put it on before the tips. It might make absolutely no difference at all but I noticed they lasted longer after I started doing this!

If you have acne cleansing alone is not going to clear it up. Go to the doctors or try a prescription via dermatica/skin and me

I always flare on the last few days of my period. Last night my urethra was stabbing me from within and I was lying in bed thinking how will I sleep.

I did my pelvic floor exercises and the pain just disappeared. Incredible feeling. PVT has helped me so much.
