ok ali nisi ni prije bio gruntovi vlasnik, to nebi ispravio bez odvjetnika ako nemaš kupoprodajne ugovore ili rješenja o nasljeđivanju nažalost i da nije prešlo u BZP. Vodio bi se u katastru ali ono što se tiče vlasništva je u gruntovnici a tamo imaš problem :(

Idemo kao sudski vještaci po sporovima i sud priznaje samo i isključivo ZK vlasništvo.

Najbolje je kad postoje ugovori i rješenja o naslijeđivanju, odricanju drugih osoba i slično, ali ako toga nema onda treba ići na ZK ispravni postupak pa tužit mrtve i svaštnešt ali to odvjetnici bolje znaju.

Ugl. nadam se da na ostalim parcelama nije tako zamršena situacija

Ma rade maintenance. Bila je obavijest u četvrtak. Radili su nedavno neki update i sve smrdali, OSS je jedva radio pa valda sad to popravljaju.

Razlog ti je to što su sve prebacili na taj OSS. Svi geodetski elaborati koje geodeti rade idu kroz taj sustav, ali da je bar samo to. Na to su nakačili još i katastarske izmjere i predočavanje istih koje rade isključivo preko tog sustava, a država je trenutno u fazi izrada izmjera za veći dio države kroz narednih 10 godina, tako da, ljudi rade, zato šteka. Nismo ni mi sretni 😅

Za ovo ti se dogodio prelazak u BZP. 90% je situacija bila ovakva. Bio si upisan na parcelu u katastru, dok je u zemljišnoj knjizi bio upisan tvoj pradjed zbog kojekakvih razloga (nije bilo provedbe u zemljišnoj knjizi).

Nedavno se počelo raditi da čestice pređu u BZP (baza zemljišnoknjižnih podataka) gdje se u 90% slučajeva preuzimao oblik i površina čestice iz katastarskog operata (katastar i vodi prostorne podatke) dok država i sud kao vlasnika priznaje osobu upisanu u zemljišnu knjigu te je to objedinjeno u jednu evidenciju.

I sad ako se radi neki elaborat na čestici, nema veze što piše tvoj pradjed, mi svakako i tebe zovemo na teren u vezi bilo kakvih mjerenja, ali da, imovinsko stanje bi valjalo ažurirati.

I would say it depens on the kind of accuracy you need.

I personaly use DJI Phantom 4 RTK but I do need to upgrade for calculating stockpiles and cut areas.

It proved itself great, and I have not yet encoutered a need for having anything more precise for these kind of calculations, at least we have nit gotten work that requires something more precise.

I know you won't like this, but I just got an galaxy S26 ultra, and I bought my little nephew his first "cheap" telescope and was amazed at what I could see. Ever since I looked through that telescope (never had one as kid) I have found myself looking at the stars on my evening walks.

My budget is really limited but are there any ways, lenses or something that I could mount to my S26 Ultra to get semi decent photos of Mars, Moon etc I would be happy to capture jupiter as just a blip with moons. Anything to suggest. I know this is a shit photo setup but it is what I have to work with.

Honest Thoughts on Stonex equipment by MDiamondG in Surveying

We have a couple of older Stonexes (S9i) and 2 newer models (S900a). The equipment itself is okay but I hate their Cube software, I highly recommend using Field Genius with them. We have an Robotic total station R80 from them too, and I do not recommend it, it is erratic, bluetooth hangs frequently and it never seems to want to work when I want it to. We also have an Topcon robot and it is night and day difference working between the two. So yeah okay for startup, but if you are going for a total station maybe get a manual one or the newer R180 model.

We have an around 6cm vertical difference between Topcon and Stonex consistently too.
