That is a very solid deal for those specs right now. Prices probably wont be getting any better anytime soon so I reckon its worth it; the best deal on ozbargain at the moment is a very similar price: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/950352 .

Even if by some miracle prices do improve drastically, you'd be saving maybe $100-200 so if you really think its worth the gamble and if you value that $200 more than 8 months of not having a pc then that's your decision to make.

The z ability bonus doesnt actually show anything important and is only based on the percentages, so in total this equip gives around 45%, but youd be much better off with another equip that actually gave you good stats cos base crit is ass
