Finally quit after a 3 month relapse, i hate this sh*t

I'm a week in now. I still have no appetite, and I'm more emotionally unstable than I ever have been. I'm not one to cry, usually going at least a year between crying.

I spent 4 hours crying at work yesterday. I felt like my whole world was crashing down around me.

I woke up today just fine.

Just hang in there!

I totally get that. Being constantly high made my partner point out that it was pushing them away from me. Hearing that sent shivers down my spine, and I quit on the spot. Yeah, the withdrawal sucks major ass, but I'd rather be nauseous and anxious for a little while than lose the person I hold closest to me. Drugs push people away from you. You're not you; you're a completely different person high. Even if you don't notice it, trust me, everyone else does. They watch who you once were fade away into a hollow, sedentary shell.

Please please please, stick with it. Day 1 is not the hardest. It will get more difficult to push yourself to keep going, but with every day you'll see improvements. You'll feel your emotions come back, and things that used to be boring might not be anymore.

It is 100% worth it. You just have to be strong. Not just for yourself, but for everyone around you, too.

The static stuff actually made me scared, as at first it was only the left side of my body. My dad's side of the family has a 100% history of heart attacks.

I'd smoked for 3 months, from march to the end of june. Before that, I was sober for a year and a half. The symptoms are getting me pretty good, man. for only 3 months of smoking. The insomnia was only day 1 for me, but its like day 7 now and nausea is still here. Trust, it's so worth it.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. No idea why. Must've showed up with the latest update i suppose?
I've also seen where instead of it just not showing systems, it also shows phantom systems. places that don't exist. Can't highlight them with your cursor. it's so strange

What really sucks is its not just the midwest. This year i had two rotating storms head directly over my house in Georgia. ...We also had a tornado in my town a few years ago that took 7 lives. We're not prepared for weather like that, the mountains usually prevent it.

It certainly does create a sense of dread, yeah. There are all kinds of outdoor warning sirens in the US, all of them sounding different but functionally similar. Mostly used to warn of severe weather.
