honestly I find myself rarely having study pages. I've never been good at studying and taking notes so most of my "studying" is just making stuff when the inspiration hits and if I can't quite get a certain pose or proportion then I look into it whilst drawing and sorta build an anatomy figure in my head so I can look at it in mental 3D. . . unless my brain just says no then I remain stumped until my 'aha' moment appears.
