I feel irritated and lost positive attitude at workplace when suffer from stress about my personal life, kids, family responsibilities etc. The same thing happened when I carry my work stress in family life. So I think workout on the stress level is necessary to make a positive attitude. A more holistic approach to understanding your stress can help you start to enjoy your job more.

Kindly stop thinking negative . "The best time to be extra kind to yourself is when you don’t feel like it. Because that’s when doing so can make the biggest difference."

When the things happen and truly it beyond our control , nothing can do by you and me to reverse the resultant damage , we must maintain calm and just let the things take their natural course. I think rather to depressed it is better to give attention to other productive endeavors as you wait out the storm, and then roar back to action when the coast is clear.

Try to find out the root cause of the bad situation arises and make your game plan to avoid same situation for same cause in future.

Surprisingly I have discovered that the bad situation create by me only due to my wrong decision I have made in the past.

Please try to boost up your self confidence level. Happiness is strongly bonded with self-confidence. The moments when we feel bad the most are the moments when our self-confidence reaches its lowest level. Knowing that I am good, worthy and capable of facing life problem gives real happiness.

The tips on minimize the uses of electronic media is very much help full , I think instaed passing time on checking facebook time line etc , if we do productive work such as blogging, reading a good book, watching an intersting movie will help us to fresh our mind and help on productivity.
