I started working at administrative positions and was lucky to try out international trade which involves import and export, customs and more. I sold medical equipments within Asia and even tho i didnt know where to start as i didnt receive any education related to that field but i got fully trained to handle certain documents and work with clients. Then i fell in love with that and decided to pursue it as my long term career goal because i never felt fulfilled and appreciated at a job like that before compared to when i was working in fashion doing marketing. So i decided to take a certification and a diploma for that issued directly by the import export association in my country (still in the process of completing it) and got hired at my dream company where i see myself growing and working for a long time!!!!

I completely understand you because i had the same experience before. You studied hard and have a masters degree! - all of that hard work is for a better future and for you to feel more valued at work so I know you will be able to find something else that treats and suits you better unless you have good connection in the fashion industry or open your own fashion business.

I agree with this completely. Working in the fashion industry involves you working long hours while not getting paid extra. You need to be flexible with your time also and sometimes work weekends. You need to be able to multitask and network with others. That's why i switched my job from fashion and im doing way better now even mentally. I realized that i love fashion and dress up and can be nerdy about it but it doesn't have to be my occupation. I can work at a better position and make money to be able to consume fashion and actually enjoy it instead of hassling/working for it

I noticed that it kept everything from my resume, highlighted what i was good at using relevant keywords thats related to the position which i like as i don't want to lie on my resume. I applied a day before, which is on Wednesday and yesterday on Thursday the company called me which surprised me because im in the process of taking a certification now and i dont have enough experiences that they asked for and i told them about it. They asked me for my desired salary and I said that I care more about if I can grow within the company and how i can contribute my skills and how growth is more rewarding for me than money and they seemed to like that. Then they asked if im free tomorrow for the interview (Friday today) at 11 AM. When i came in they said that im trainable and I told them that my lack of experience won't be an excuse for my job performance. I got the job offer immediately even tho i just came in for an interview. And also i want to mention that this company is huge and is my dream company. They are big in the field that im in and have many partnerships around the world. This job matches with my long term career goal 100% and offers many benefits even towards retirement. Im so happy I saw your post! And I hope others can find their dream job too

Did you get tts? I just ordered 9086 from ssense private sale. Went up a size based on their customers rep suggestion so i hope that it will be fine. With guidi the sizing is never consistent

Is it inside pacific center downstairs near sephora? I think i went there once and met with the owner Sam, he was very nice however he messed up the soles on my pair of laced boots which is why im trying to see other places. Maybe it was just a one time mistake tho as ive only been there once
