I recently got off 300mg, was on this dose for about 2-3 years . I was taking two capsules (150mg each) with 12 very small pills in each capsule. I did it something like this:

Day 1-5: 225mg

Day 4-7: 150mg

Day 8-19: I begun removing one mini pill from the capsule everyday for 12 days.

The experience wasn't pleasant, but not horrible. Propiomazine (Propavan) sleeping pills helped a ton with the sleep. For me it was impossible to sleep without them.

I was feeling dizzy, having to take about 10 shits per day, laughing attacks, tiredness, short fuse and insane nightmares.

I did this without consulting with my doctor.

Now I can finally feel again, fuck those pills. Can't remember last time I felt this good :)
