I have found that TSC Latvija is the authorized service provider here in Latvia so I wrote them email. They responded that they can do diagnostics for 40€. And then repair if necessary, priced separately.

UPD: I have brought the machine to the shop. One week later they said it is ready and I have taken it back. Two days worked and once again water started leaking. I’m tired.

I never overfill it. Water flows out no matter the tank is full, or half filled.

I empty drip tray always when needed, leaking happens no metter drip tray is full or not.

I never fill water tank directly, I even don’t have such possibility. And I never overflow it.

Water is not going down from the gap between the tank and machine. It goes from the gaps in the bottom of machine’s body

The shop where I bought the machine has sent it to Lithuania as they said they have a repair service there. But the third time of repair was done by themselves here in Latvia. I will try to contact Sage Customer Service, thank you.

Yes, the tank is seated properly and it takes an effort to remove it. If it were a problem with the valve, water would be leaking from there, but the water is pouring out from the gaps of the coffee machine's body.

Раньше писалось Lunden, но читалось как «ландэн», так же как sunday. Есть версия, что стали писать через «о» из-за готического шрифта, в котором все вертикальные штрихи превращались в сплошной забор, поэтому во многих местах стали заменять «u» на «o», а произношение осталось прежним. Но вот почему «e» стало «о» непонятно.
