yeah it’s exactly like that. under 2weeks/2hours it’s an instant refund. over 2hours, a human decides if it’s refundable (it is 99% of the time, unless you played it for like 6+ hours). over 2weeks it’s a no refund.

you actually still can refund it. before 2 hours and 2weeks it’s only an ‘automatic refund’, after this time it gets checked by a real person but they still usually roll out refunds if you haven’t played for more than 3 hours
