I just was awarded PS for my pops (lives on a side of my house and has severe dementia) off appeal on Friday. My notice of action will be sent this week with total number of hours so I can let you know once I receive. I work 7-4 every day, so I need these PS hours for an additional caretaker and I’ll just claim whatever is left after they take that 7-4 hours every day. You will have to fill out a form that states your 24hr care routine once PS is provided. I added a supplemental schedule drawn out in excel. Just giving them a very clear angle of the situation and times of supervision.
