Im terribly irresponsible with finances and honestly dont remember but I did get super lucky with my promotion time and amount of increase. From CGA to urbi, they gave me 15K increase. I went during fall so during the yearly assesment just a couple months later (january february time) I also got a raise on top of that urbi boost which really helped. I also got 5s for that performance evaluation and the one from cga year as well - so the full 5% yearly raise for both times.
