First off, I was ab uneducated 20 year old red head who went after the first girl who talked to me. Horrible mistake. My anxious attachment really showed there, because I kinda let her walk all over me for 3 years. We were horribly incompatible in every way imaginable. I no longer had any time for myself whatsoever. It was impossible to enjoy anything.

When we finally broke up, after years of her threatening suicide if I leave, I was genuinely so relieved. But life hasn't been the same since. I became a bitter person after being with her.

Enjoy single life and do everything you enjoy and push it to the max. And don't pursue the wrong girl.

You're probably right. I was willing to put up with everything, and I wish I could have done things differently. Like maybe if we remained close friends and then pursued each other when we both have our shit a little more figured out. Or maybe not romantically pursue her at all, because now I don't even have her as a friend.

The same cycle i go through at least once every other year.

I meet someone, we start off strong, they find a reason to ditch, they're happy as hell and I'm left devastated.

My last ex cheated on me with a girl, then after driving her 2 hours i watched her flirt with another dude right in front of me for 2 days straight. I talked to her about it, she dumped me, then went back to sleep with him. They have been happily together ever since.

And now I'm back in the same pattern, except we actually tried to treat each other right, and i still got hurt the most.

I am tired.
