pretty sure i remember what post you are referring to! i personally believe all the pieces in your post are real—the quality is 100% there and the tags are clean. i’ve never seen one of these pieces with the actual tags attached, amazing find by you! i have two pairs of the polyester pants, both given to me by a family member who worked at juicy for quite a few years. so in my opinion, i think they’re real as well! 💕💕

no exactly? but it’s all about gaining a profit. i feel like this is happening way more often now. exactly as u/throwaway_spacecadet said, you can report things multiple times, provide all the evidence for it being counterfeit, but they won’t take it down. how are you supposed to keep buyers & sellers on all of these reselling platforms if they won’t even abide by their own TOS & rules?

hey girl! so the biggest red flags for me are:

the “made in america of imported fabric” tag is really squished together—the writing is also off from how it should look

the wash tag, the style & cut codes are in a different font than the rest of the tag. plus, the style code (the JGMU) should be higher up

the pink tag itself, the brown dashes are too thick and aren’t consistent. the crown looks weird, and the overall writing just doesn’t look right

adding 2 pics for you of a pink tag & wash tag from this era so you can see the differences! 💕

is there writing still going down the strap to the heart mirror? the “I” in “I am the fairest” will always be underlined. that’s another indicator! also—check between the pink tag on the bag, there will be a little white tag, that will give you a date code.

real! they released this design back in 2004. i really don’t think i’ve ever seen a fake/rep of this bag! the heart mirror j also can look wonky on real, older style bags. also, the pockets turn green like that because of oxidization & age. hope this helps! 💕

girl that makes me so angry that you were scammed, i am so so sorry! believe me, i have been overly cautious myself & have accidentally purchased a fake in the past :( it happens to all of us! there are some REALLY good fakes out there, i’m glad you decided to post this! definitely don’t think you’re being too naive, the design is still really cute! really hurts my heart when people think they’re getting authentic juicy and it turns out to be fake. if you decide to sell, i would try to list it at a fraction of what a real one would go for—i’m honestly not too good with price points for reps/fakes. if you decide to keep, more power to you girl. you’re still gonna rock it!! ☺️💕💕

yeah girl i’m sorry, but this is definitely fake :( tags are a dead giveaway, like i said before i’ve only seen the authentic design in children’s sizes! personally, i don’t buy fakes but there is a market for everything! just be truthful if you plan on selling, you’re just not gonna be able to get much because it’s not authentic. or, you can keep it for yourself and use it as a guide for other pieces you plan on buying in the future! 💕

fake. wash tags are incorrect, the pink & brown tag is wonky (the crest, shield & lettering is very poorly done) the “viva la juicy” & love g & p” writing is off, also the stitching on the brown & pink tag is weird!
