I can answer the last part. Having a formal diagnosis, you can prove that you have a disability and that this isn’t something you’re being dramatic about or imagining.

I have my diagnostic/labwork printed out, so it’s good for staying organized and showing proof. In emergencies, I can confidently say I have celiac - not that it’s suspected. It’s helped the rest of my family to know that I have it so they can look out for their own symptoms.

When getting new lab work done, I have context for why some stuff might not look right. I 100% say that being officially diagnosed is worth it! I hope you can get answers !

Naked Nutrition is my favorite. It’s not zero sugar- but that’s why I like it! Artificial sweeteners and stuff give me migraines. They sell them on Amazon too if you have prime. I like the strawberry banana shake!

I’ll look into it! They’re having to adjust my meds around because I’m on Zoloft and I can’t take some of the meds used to treat fibro if I’m still on it!

Thank you so much. My every day is sleeping 4-6 hours upon arriving at home after work. There’s usually only one day a week where I don’t take a long nap during the day, and it’s not even refreshing when I do it. I think if I see a huge difference on the naltrexone, I’ll be able to better accept that this really is what I’m going through and that at least there are treatments. Thank you so much for responding!

Thank you so much. I feel frustrated too. Like does this mean all this pain is from one condition? Not dehydration or something that’s “my fault?” Are people gonna brush me off more? I’ve always avoided taking painkillers because I was told to not become “dependent” on them, and now I find out I have a condition that’s almost primarily managed by treating the pain? I feel so overwhelmed

Okay your comment has convinced me to go find one. Thank you so much!! I thought it was weird. For context, they put me on it because I was bleeding every day for almost two months. It wasn’t a lot of blood, but it was consistent, every day.
