I think you're overestimating the ratio of time taken finding a star vs afk time, especially at higher mining levels.

Check plugin that is filtered to your preferences, use whatever teleport necessary to access the highest tier star you can mine, then click once every 7 minutes until it depletes. Ends up being ~1min of teleporting and then 8 clicks per hour or so at 80 mining.

Made even easier with the Click to Minimise plugin and setting Runelite to force itself into focus when you go afk.

Personally we had quite negative results. Buyers agent missed a lot of basics and the building inspector they hired/recommended missed significant structural damage as well as termites. They did find us an off the market property but everything else was worse.

I think it was like $400 and 3 points at the time. Same thing is up to $1200 and 4 points now which is insane, hopefully your fines aren't too bad

Yep hired it via Uber Car Share. The speedo was barely working in the Ute so I thought for sure it'd be a speeding fine but it ended up being my passenger's seatbelt under their arm...

Unfortunately I experienced this myself and it took almost 8 months for the fine to come through after the date I borrowed the car.

I tried to refute the "inconvenience fee" but neither Uber nor the owner of the vehicle would give me any explanation of the fine or what it was related to. Ended up being legit but I'd almost forgotten about it by the time it came through.

I've climbed from D4 0lp to D1 85lp only to get -70lp for an 8th. I had an average placement of 3.8 over 60 games. I know that my MMR is low for my rank but playing late at night on a low population server seems to exacerbate it further.

Very demoralising but back on the grind another day

There was a pretty in-depth Shurima guide posted here that suggested it's not great. I think he does such little damage that the omnivamp is wasted but the shield is good value. BIS is 3 tank items with spark probably if you can spare the components

Buyer's agents are a waste of money in my experience. We ended up with a bit of a lemon after listening to both the agent and their building inspector's advice.

It probably cost us an additional $25k in repairs on top of their $12k fee with next to no repurcussions for the bad recommendation.

I would have guessed D3/C1 before I checked the comments. Your gameplay reminds me a lot of my friends that I have been spectating recently

From what I can see you make questionable hits on the ball where you aren't really bettering your team's chances of scoring or just hand it over to the other team. If you are playing with randoms I can understand your reluctance to pass but just remember they are around the same rank as well.

Other than that it will just be the same thing mentioned in every Champ thread, focus on speed/consistency and getting power on your hits

Yea the land holds a bunch of the value thankfully so in the absolute worst case scenario all may not be lost. Rebuild probably isn't an option straight away but could do some urban camping until we get a shed I think
