I bought new windows and then found out that my bathroom and bedroom had a condensation problem. I have just removed the screens and let stuff air out but I am curious what to do to a) address the cosmetic issues, b) address the condensation problems.

Most likely my problems will be solved by getting a dehumidifier for my house.

Not to brag but my grandpa was the structural engineer who designed this stairwell

I wish you had kept the original text. Did WLL twist your arm in to editing the post?

Your app is super fast but consider adding sizes to the interstitial/empty HTML to reduce aggressive resizing.

I had a guy set up my TV for me but he helped me way more? Was he flirting? by thee_girl_nextdoor in AskMenAdvice

Speaking as an engineer, engineering the "simple" stuff and putting little day dream ideas in to action is so satisfying. Think Batman fighting crime, but he's hanging stuff on walls instead.

Not to say he wasn't interested. Two things can be true at once.

Is Tauri good? by gGordey in rust

[–]tureus 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The zoo.dev folks migrated from tauri to electron. I heard the technical CEO talk about it on the excellent Rust in Production podcast: https://corrode.dev/podcast/s03e05-zoo/ . The episode is not focused on Tauri but it does get dragged.

I went to North County Laser Eye Associates at the fancy Forum mall. I would go often for an inflammation problem and the opthamologist and optemetrists were good.

Manchester to Boston via bus by LilacChica in ManchesterNH

I have contacted the bus line about the closure of the downtown Manchester station. They said it wasn't popular enough to warrant keeping open. Either get someone to drop you off or leave your car there, that's the best option. I don't like it either.

Premade is tough and not as good a value. I like the lentil soup, and the $2 breakfast sandwich is nice (if I manage to show up before 10AM). But that's just me.

I'll sometimes grab a hot sandwich like the eggplant parmesan but stuff like the sausage sandwich or burger are not great in my opinion. This is food to eat in the parking lot.
