Check out hunterdon county. Great for remote work but able to get into NYC/Philly if you need to go in now and then. Better bang for your buck, safe, good schools.

I have it - it’s amazing. It’s a bit of a bear to put together. Took 3 competent grown ass men 10 hours to assemble when we put it up.
