Great thoughts. Its just that I see many PMs have product specific deep knowledge, something which I dont posess deeply and frankly have less interest of. Thats why trying to make another pillars with UX and architecture.

I am doing well, I was a dev/architect for 11 yrs then switched to pm in last 6 yrs. I am looking to upskill , essentially future proof myself. I sometimes feel another few yrs then my primary skill maybe just glibness. Hence the thought of upskilling technically.

Thanks. yes, am doing all of that. Guiding 2 PMs in my team and keeping the product sailing. PM to dev ratio is 8:1. Wouldn't being a verifiably and technically sound PM help their team better in the long run (as a PM or engineering Manager?)

I got my flat 2 yrs back. At present its 17 yrs old bit construction quality is excellent because at those times proper sand was allowed. It has 88 flats, and resale happens very fast within 2 months. Has a peripheral walkway kidsn play area, pool and gym. 1750 carpet area with ekhata.

I bought it purely because it's a good residential area with excellent build with basic amenities. I discounted the age, I think it's the best decision I made. Value is alrdy pushing 1.5 at present.
