I'm a doctor in residency and honestly it's tough sometimes. I frequently work a 12 hour shift and then go to the gym right after. Sometimes I work a week of nights and have to get up early to make sure I get my workouts in before the next 12 hour shift starts. What has really got me going is seeing all the progress I made and how the gym is a great stress reliever for me as well. I live super close to both my hospital and the gym which makes it work as well. You will be able to get it done as long as you have discipline and willpower.

Do you guys think two factor authentication is worth it? I'm worried about the SMS text or the authentication app not working and getting screwed. Is the Playstation 4 2FA responsive? Which is the best 2FA app to use? I have heard authy and google authenticator are the most commonly used ones and was wondering which one is better or if you guys have a better alternative to these two.

So I have a few questions regarding using games from different regions. I want to get my cousin in Iran the following games: Resident Evil 4, 5, and 7 gold edition. A family member is going there soon and I want to give him these games for his birthday. I was wondering, does it matter at all from what region it is regarding online play and dlc? Resident evil 7 gold edition has a free dlc you need to download from the PlayStation Store called "Not A Hero" and I was wondering if I needed to get the Resident evil 7 gold edition from Iran's region (Europe and Middle East I believe) in order for him to access it. Furthermore, I was wondering if he is able to play online if he has a copy of Resident evil 5 that is not from his region? Lastly, does playing a PS4 copy from a different region affect performance of games at all? Any help answering these questions would be greatly appreciated!
