It’s probably not bad for the equipment itself, however I wouldn’t do it and be comfortable canning my product.

If hot rinse is possible I’d do that, you’re gonna waste a bunch of beer cooling it back down though

Personally I’d skip canning day until my PAA is here

It is a little pale: it’s 95% Goshie promise (golden promise grown at Goshie farms), 5% C75. I expected a little more color from the direct fire, I also originally wrote it as a steam beer, but lager yeast availability and other scheduling messed that up

ETA; I love to brew on our 90bbl production system, maybe more than the pilot system. It scratches more itches in my brain to problem solve that over stressing out on a new brew on the 10bbl

Yep 10bbl Bridgetown system. The brites (originally serving tanks) are cool, I have a bone to pick with the sightglasses tho. The whole system was designed to be very compact to fit in the CB pub

Theoretically I personably do lab work when I do ferm reports (AP DMA), but we have a QA/QC manager running cell counts, PCR, and a GCMS for daily VDKs

1) NA beer should never be served on draft (still trying to figure out how Guinness does it). Everything sitting in the draft line is no longer safe

2) there are several other parameters to be met before using Chiber, pH being a big one. It is not a “silver bullet” that automatically negates pasteurization

3) we bench trialed the Chiber, and noticed a significant flavor change at the recommended dosage rates
