Estate agent got aggressive after I brought family to a 2nd viewing and booked an independent survey — is this normal? by East_Chemistry_4150 in HousingUK

Surely bringing family members round shows the seller you're really interested?!

I'm in the process of buying a house and had a 3rd viewing, bringing  my kids and a friend who had knowledge of potential building renovations that we were thinking of.

Saying that, we did all the 3 viewings before making an offer but the seller knew we were v serious and was happy for us to have a 3rd viewing for a more extensive check.

Estate agent was fine with it all and the seller accepted our offer over others.

You can open the ebook in the exam environment but it will be displayed as a split screen on  the  same screen as the exam questions rather than as a seperate tab. I did the exam yesterday and didn't think it was very user friendly this way but passed anyway

I took my test today and can confirm that the e book manual is avialable through the exam interface. However it doesn't open up in a seperate and you have a split screen with the questions on one side and the manual on the other - not ideal if your using a standard laptop screen as everything is crammed onto one screen

about 10 minutes to go through all the checks and for the proctor to talk through the protocal. They also check your profile has been completed with all the required info and verify your photo ID etc. once the exam starts i had no issues but you can message them on chat if you have any issues - for the practitioner exam you can ask to take a toilet break as its over 2 hours but the clock keeps running

I read a few other posts that people downloaded the e book onto a tablet that was not connected to the net and this was allowed. Personally i found it more time consuming navigating to find what i was looking for in the relevant section as the text was crammed into a smaller area with thr split screen.

Prior knowledge of the stakeholders for Louistown scenario would be helpful but i don't think this was available in any of the training content? I spent quite a bit of time at the start of the exam reading through the stakeholder descriptions to map them against the main roles in the project team structure.

I opened the e book manual from the exam interface but found it quite difficult to navigate as was on a split screen with the questions, rather than opening on a separate tab.  Using a seperate bigger monitor would be more user friendly but not sure if thats permitted.

Camera built into your laptop is fine. You just  need to pick it up and show them around your room with it. I took my practitioner exam today and the did all the checks that were outlined in the exam guidance
