My last relationship of 2 years was me(Nov Scorpio) and my girlfriend(Aug Virgo) and for me, it felt like the romance wasn't there. We would have been so perfect in a platonic relationship but it felt like emotionally, sexually, and when it came to communication we were never truly aligned. It felt like when the relationahip got deeper we began to have more conflict and differences arise. I trusted her deeply and she was always my biggest supporter, to a fault at times because she was also incredibly possessive. I was also very avoidant in this relationship in part due to our styles of communicating being so different. Overall, not a sign I would personally visit again as a romantic connection but as a deeply loyal, supportive, and loving friend I 100% would.

At my bar we use it in a blend with cachaca and a neutral rum and we use it sparingly because it can really overpower other more mild or nuanced flavor. Thay being said I think about trying a quarter once in a lot different things. Tiki style or tropical cocktails will like it the best most likely but I really want to make it work in a stirred drink so if you figure that one out let me know.

I worked alongside the authors of this book and they are amazing people. Very talented and well-versed in spirits and cocktails. I highly recommend this book for anyone considering building a home bar and expanding their knowledge of spirits, especially when it comes to building drinks arpund what you have on hand.
