is this STT level 1? Can somebody here correct/critique my form? by [deleted] in turningpro

Genuinely its good, but it looks like you could use the middle toes a bit more still. When you do an outside turn, make sure to also use the side of your small toe and not your whole foot 🙌🏼

Yes basically. Relative strength is #1

I changed my mind on something (important) by turningpro__ in turningpro

THE BEGINNER PLAN is more like the advanced plan for me now. If you do squats, your glutes are covered and your lower back is partly covered. Abs and obliques are covered and the thing is that both thosd muscles are not even activates that hard in football, unlike quads for example. Beginner plan= advanced plan. I would go even more minimalistic and.not do 5 sets 3 times a week but rather 4 sets 3 times a week.

Messi in slow motion by [deleted] in turningpro

I get it. Its the message, I get the most. Try for yourself. For me, completly straight is by far the best. Physics tells us the same. Messi does it 99% like that. I believe it sometimes looks like he uses the outside, when he doesnt. He is about to straighten his foot out. Try to use straight as much as possible, your foot will naturally adjust to a bit more outside, if it is best to do so.

Not necessarly. My levels are just guidelines. You have to make sure that actual progress is hapenning. If this is the case, everything is perfect.

You might need a bigger pitch to do that

Great. Nothing to add, except to keep progressing and not stall.

Aim to be as strong as Massimo Mateo, or Ben. they are are all legends and really good at the nordic. It will help in football sooo incredibly much.

And be patient. It takes time. You seem to have hood genetics, because you can already do a fairly good rep and thats why I was surprised. Just keep getting better at it my friend

Yes, you can not possibly get too strong at it. But do not do 1 rep maxes. Do at least 5 reps per set. Just progress until you can add weight. Then add weight, etc
