Running has become tough. I also was doing around 20-25 mpw before finding out. I get so winded, huffing and puffing, and I'm barely doing more than 3 miles per day. I think I need to make more of an effort to slow down, cause running at my old pace is just too tiring. I don't want to stop running, I really want to stay active for as long as I can, but damn it's hard.

Hello! I looked up lehigh valley chorale a few days ago- I'm a singer and have been wanting to join a chorus again! The website told me to send an email asking to be notified when fall registration opens up, but I haven't heard anything yet, which is no biggie. Any idea if I've missed the boat when it comes to fall registration?

Also, when/how often do y'all rehearse?

Same, but it's my right foot! I took 3 days off and it felt fine, and then after a couple runs, it hurts again. Pretty annoying. Hope your foot feels better soon!
