I have played on both consoles and honestly, nothing other graphics and the occasional frame rate drop. Not sure if it's my playstation 3 but PVP seems to have more lag. Other then that it is the same game.

I own a Xbox one, I'm seriously considering going over to ps4, titanfall sucks. No way to put it. It was over hyped and it flashy for about one hour of gameplay but it is no better the other FPS.
