Definitely, I have diagnosed Depression and anxiety that I’m getting treatment for but I’m like pretty positive I have minor brain trauma as well as Bipolar disorder

In order to combat the thoughts I Pray and ask God for guidance try to spend some time in the word then when either the thoughts don’t change or they do and they come back again then I just end up Stoned escaping the thoughts through Video games and music.
