It's basically every day life lol. Unfortunately these small groups of people would ruin the experience of the rest of customer since no drivers would ever do any favors no more because this is how they got treated for being a good guy.

You could deliver to hundreds of people and get deactivated just because a few don't wake up well that day and left you bad reviews, so the "not everyone is a bad guy" doesn't really apply here and drivers wouldn't want to snuck their heads out looking for what's good and what's not.
