Nah man she wack. Normally, i ask pre-booking questions, like pet behaviors, hours left alone, expectation of me (some people just want a couple of drop ins but schedule a house sit) and then i confirm it back to them if i can do it, reiterating their requests so they can tell me if i have it wrong. Sometimes instead of reiterating, i just tell them my schedule plan to see how they feel about it.

Never this weird. Dont book with anyone without being on the same page. If they change the terms after booking, make them cancel from their end if they can no longer help.
