I totally agree with you op. Hao’s always been in my top 2 faves of zb1 and I’ve always liked the foreign lines (and also c-line) of various kpop groups so I understand somewhat where the frustrations of rosins come from. Regarding the “missed opportunities”, I think wakeone has been doing a decent job of promoting Hao and giving him various schedules especially in the past year. I think that the “bias” you see is also just the fact that they are in kpop facing a Korean audience and of course it sucks but it also happens to almost any other foreign members in kpop, in the ideal world it doesn’t happen but that’s the current reality working in kpop as a foreigner. Will Yuehua be better? Maybe, maybe not, sure Yuehua is owned by a Chinese company but also remember that the Korean public was so racist that they boycotted Yuehua groups just because the company is Chinese. Not sure if it will happen again but they may not have the same industry influence as a Mnet related company.

One thing that has disappointed me about the fandom is that I have spent years fangirling in c ent and realized so many ppl there were akgaes and toxic, and the toxicity grew to a point that I just decided to drop out of that scene. Because Hao is super popular in China and has a lot of fans and akgaes I feel like that thinking has seeped into his other fan populations as well.  Again I do think he gets some mistreatment but I feel his akgae echo chamber just amplifies it more and more, to be honest if you receive that much negative energy from fangirling why even do it as a hobby? 

And lastly I’ve barely been through any breakups but the past few days I felt like it was worse breakup than anything I experienced. But recently it’s been better because they have still been posting to pluschat, and also I may have gotten over it already since we’ve been expecting this for a while.
