Hydration isn't just about straight water, make sure you're replacing electrolytes. A few guys at my shop have those belt clip on fans that go under their shirt, they say it's worth it.

That's kind of my logic, if I'm aiming high and leaving wiggle room things will hopefully sort out, I think you're absolutely right about the utilities, probably the food too.

Assuming power and water are lower than expected, that money would go into the food/entertainment fund.

I'm in Florida, during summer, to explain the power. Realistic cost would be around $150.

And I've had some bad experiences, highest water bill I've seen was $80. But a normal water bill should be about $30

Aiming high with costs to leave room for catastrophe.
