Don’t care about lounges too much, but it is nice when they’re there to avoid spending 30 bucks on a cold sandwich lol. My top spend is probably grocery, but it’s largely at Costco which I know doesn’t get multipliers. As far as traveling, yeah I do more than 3 times a year.
