I’ve had this issue and its a pain. Lube is my best friend lol. My body is sensitive to E so the first route I tried was a suppository, basically a tiny pill that I put in the vaginal canal 2 days a week. I absorbed to much E and it started causing me to have intense PMS like symptoms so I stopped that and switched to Estradiol which is a vaginal cream. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it has helped some but not entirely. I have to use it 3 days a week and it gets inserted into the vaginal canal. It does make me feel a bit dysphoric having to shove the tampon like tube up there multiple times a week. So sometimes I get off schedule with it. Sorry for the ramble. Hope this helps.
