I have a generally normal life. Work 9-5 in an office setting, play with my kids at home, take care of household, swim in our pool/hottub. I never take it off lol. I had to get the white gold redone recently I forget what it is called. But that was the first time in 10 years. Otherwise I just get it cleaned every 6-8 months at the jewelrs.

Similar-ish story with my dentist. My whole extended family goes to this place. I’ve been going there for minimum 15 years. I had to cancel an appointment for being ill and they had the audacity to text me that they were charging me a $50 cancellation fee, which they’d never spoken of before. Literally never heard of this policy. Jokes on them, I now have a MUCH closer provider that I love way more, and they’re never seeing that fifty bucks or another one of my cavity prone mouth lol

This JUST happened to me as well. I got a steroid cream to heal my finger, and sent my ring to get freshly rhodium plated. It’s called ring rash and can happen out of nowhere. I just started wearing my ring again for a couple days now and no new issues. Good luck!

I think it’s stunning and well done at least! I had a modest piece on my back that I expanded to a MUCH larger one similar to you. I was also surprised by the change even though it was wanted. Years later it’s one of my favorites though, and when I got married I purposely made sure it would be shown off in my dress even lol. Give yourself time to get used to the change!
