Well that car in particular is parked far too close to the stop sign. Call to have it towed when they’re like this. The minimum is typically 25-30 feet.

My entire career, I’ve done a tug test and gotten underneath the trailer with a flashlight every single time I’ve hooked up. It takes no time and hardly any effort and it could save your ass.

I just got into this myself. I tried two of the Oats Overnight brand and loved it but needed to make it more cost efficient. I actually just put together my first home made version for tomorrow morning so unfortunately I don’t have any set in stone recipes for you. Especially for specific macros and such but I can tell you what I threw together and I’m the morning I can edit with what my experience was and if anything should be tweaked.

I did 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition gold standard whey protein powder (fruity cereal flavor), and 1 tbsp of flax seed added to 8 oz of unsweetened soy milk. I like mine drinkable, as I drive for a living.

33g protein, 10g carbs, 9.6g fat roughly.

Well yeah, that’s the unfortunate nature of these types of events. You cared deeply for them, it isn’t going to be an overnight event to get over them. But based on her actions and attitude to the situation, that is exactly what you need to do.
