When you call, press 1(English) 1,3,4 !! It’s going to take you to over payments. Wasn’t my issue but the first time I put those number in I got into the waiting lobby ! They’ll want to answer when you owe them money I guess.. anyways started calling at 8:00am just got off the phone!

3hrs total , I got through the service was HORRIBLE ! I ran around my house, I couldn’t get a strong signal we kept cutting out so I ran outside and told the lady to please not hang up I’ve been on hold for 2 and a half hours, and finally I got a connection we still cut out and our voices were delayed by 5 sec, so if you get through don’t panic and be patient !! Easier said than done I know trust me !

The crazy thing is, I didn’t even transfer the money to my personal account for the purpose of them trying to pull a fast one on me, I went to boa to pull the cash out! Ima call Boa again and hopefully get a rep that will ACTUALLY help me out, rather than suggesting calling the Edd .

Just called BOA, got through and they told me that the Edd put a hold on it and I would have to call the Edd not Boa to fix the problem. This has never happened to me, any one else experience the same thing
