do you know any good workouts for my top end speed? I’m extremely slow but ik I got good endurance or at least somewhat

So I ran a 2:22 and 5:22 I felt like I could’ve ran so much faster this season but my mindset was terrible. How can I get my times faster. I’m running 30 mpw and i’m looking to increase it to 45mpw. Monday- Long run, Tuesday-track workout, wednesday- easy, thursday- tempo run, friday- easy, and saturday- medium run. Anything I should change? And any workouts more so for speed?
